The Customer is allowed to cancel an order and CanCool Ltd will give full refunds as long as the Customer notifies CanCool Ltd within 14 working days upon receipt of the order. Please notify via email info@cancool.co.uk

Following notification, the product must be returned unopened, in its original packaging, & within a reasonable time. Contact us at info@cancool.co.uk

The expenses incurred in returning the order are the responsibility of the Customer. (For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service).

Our costs in processing the order will be refunded but the delivery costs we incur will be deducted from the refund along with card processing charges.CanCool Ltd will notify the Customer once the refund has been processed.

Damaged Goods in Transit

Carefully inspect contents of delivery. If there are any damages the Customer must notify CanCool Ltd within 3 working days (use same contact details as specified in Returns) and CanCool Ltd will arrange either a refund or replacement.
